We hope that you will be pleased with your purchases from bearingswebshop.com. However, there may be occasions when you will need or would like to return items to us.
To return a product, please first read though the following and then send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
giving the Order Number, Order Date and details of the item(s) you wish to return along with an explanation on why they are to be returned. Also, please advice if you wish for replacement goods to be sent or a refund of monies paid.
We endeavour to respond to ALL returns requests within 24 hours of receipt.
All refunds will be processed within 48 days of items been received.
Once your request has been processed and approved, you will recieve an email with further instructions on how to complete the return, including the return address and RMA number. The RMA number should be written on the OUTER packaging to help our team identify the package.
DO NOT send any returns to address listed on the website, this is our admin office, any returns sent here will result in a delay in your return(s) been processed.
Alternatively, if your return request is rejected, you will recieve an email advising of this together with the reason(s).
Please ensure that all goods are returned to us in "as new" condition, ensuring they are well packaged with plenty of packing to avoid damage in transport. All goods will need to be returned in the same outer packaging they arrived in or of similar quality and design. Do not deface or damage the commerical wrapping/boxes if products are individually boxed with manufacturers packaging. Damaged, modified or used goods cannot be refunded. Only items listed on our website are eligible for returns.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES MUST GOODS BE RETURNED TO US WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORISATION.
Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 48 hours. If the items and/or the packaging are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.
Items Faulty on Arrival.
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 3 working days from the date of receipt in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. If a returned item is found not to be faulty we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
Incorrect Goods Received.
if you have received any incorrect items from what you have ordered, then you have 3 working days from date of receipt to inform us. Items should be repackaged in the original packaging sutiable for transportation. We will arrange for replacements to be sent and the collection of the incorrect items.
Incorrect Goods Ordered.
If you have ordered an item incorrectly, we will accept them, however, a 30% or £10.00 (whichever is the greatest value) re-stocking fee will be applicable and you will be liable for the return carriage.
